Minimaltank does not guarantee that every payment method listed above will appear during every checkout session.

3. Currency

All product prices, shipping charges, taxes, refunds, and order totals are shown and processed in United States dollars (USD).

If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may:

• Convert the transaction into your account currency
• Apply an exchange rate
• Charge a foreign transaction or conversion fee

Any currency-conversion fee is determined and charged by your financial institution, not by Minimaltank.

4. Pricing and Order Total

Before completing payment, checkout displays the applicable charges:

Minimaltank does not add undisclosed charges after checkout.

5. Shipping Fee

Standard shipping costs US$6.99 for every order shipped within the supported United States delivery area.

The shipping fee:

• Is a flat rate
• Does not depend on order value
• Does not depend on product quantity
• Does not depend on package weight
• Is displayed before payment
• Is not subject to sales tax

6. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on:

• Delivery address

The tax amount is displayed before the order is submitted.

Product prices shown on the website may not include sales tax unless clearly stated otherwise.

7. Payment Processing Fees

Minimaltank does not charge customers a separate payment processing fee for using an accepted payment method.

Your card issuer, bank, or payment service may charge fees under its own terms, including:

• Currency-conversion fees

• Overdraft fees
• Insufficient-funds fees
• Interest charges
• Installment-plan charges

These third-party fees are not collected or controlled by Minimaltank.

8. Payment Authorization

When you submit an order, the selected payment provider may authorize the full order amount.

Authorization confirms that:

• The payment method is valid
• Sufficient funds or credit may be available
• The transaction passes the provider’s security review

An authorization may appear as a pending transaction before the payment is finalized.

Submitting an order does not guarantee order acceptance. Orders remain subject to:

• Inventory availability
• Address verification
• Fraud-prevention review
• Compliance with our Terms of Service

9. Authorization Holds

Some banks and payment providers may place a temporary authorization hold on your account.

If an order is canceled or declined, the hold may remain visible until your financial institution releases it.

The release period is determined by the bank or payment provider. Minimaltank cannot control or accelerate this process after the transaction has been voided or canceled.

10. When Payment Is Charged

When a payment fails:

Minimaltank cannot override a payment-provider decline.

14. Duplicate or Pending Charges

A pending authorization is not always a completed charge.

In some cases, a failed or repeated checkout attempt may create more than one temporary authorization. Unused authorizations should be released automatically by the applicable financial institution.

If you believe you were charged more than once, email support@minimaltank.shop and include:

• Full name
• Order number
• Email address used for the order
• Transaction date
• Amount of each charge
• Screenshot showing the charges, with sensitive account details hidden

Do not send full card numbers or card security codes by email.

15. Payment Verification

To protect customers from unauthorized transactions, Minimaltank may request additional verification before accepting or shipping an order.

Verification may include confirmation of:

• Customer name
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Payment authorization
• Order details

If required verification cannot be completed, the order may be delayed or canceled.

Any approved cancellation will be refunded to the original payment method.

16. Suspected Fraud

Minimaltank may decline, delay, or cancel an order when there is a reasonable concern involving:

Fraud-prevention decisions are made to protect customers, payment providers, and the store.

17. Order Changes

An approved change may affect the order total.

If the Updated Total Is Higher: Additional payment may be required before the order can proceed.

If the Updated Total Is Lower: The difference may be refunded to the original payment method or adjusted before the payment is finalized.

Order changes are available only before processing or shipment, as described in our Order Cancellation & Change Policy.

18. Order Cancellations

When an order is canceled before shipment:

• The product amount is refunded
• Applicable sales tax is refunded
• The US$6.99 shipping fee is refunded
• No cancellation fee is charged

Approved cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Your payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

19. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds cannot normally be:

• Sent to another card
• Transferred to another payment account
• Paid in cash
• Redirected to another person

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after cancellation approval or after an eligible return is received and inspected.

20. Refund Posting Time

After Minimaltank processes a refund, the payment provider may require additional time to display it in your account.

Posting times vary based on:

• Bank
• Card issuer
• Payment network
• Weekends and holidays

Minimaltank does not control the payment provider’s posting period.

21. Refund of Shipping Charges

The original US$6.99 shipping fee is refunded when:

• The order is canceled before shipment
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product arrived damaged or defective
• Minimaltank caused the fulfillment error
• Refund of shipping is required by applicable law

The shipping fee is generally non-refundable for ordinary returns involving correctly fulfilled orders.

22. PayPal Payments

When PayPal is available, customers may complete payment using eligible funding sources connected to their PayPal account.

PayPal transactions are also subject to PayPal’s:

• Account requirements
• Payment authorization
• Security procedures
• Dispute procedures
• Privacy practices

Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal transaction.

23. Cash and Offline Payments

Unless specifically displayed during checkout, Minimaltank does not accept:

• Direct bank deposits
• Cryptocurrency
• Payment through customer-support email

Do not send cash or payment credentials to the store address.

24. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Submitting false, misleading, or duplicate payment disputes may result in account or order restrictions.
